We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction. Please review our return guidelines below.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging  
• Product must not show signs of damage caused by misuse or installation errors  
• Customer must provide proof of purchase  

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of event equipment and supplies, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or made-to-order products  
• Opened or used printer media, consumables, or supplies  
• Digital products, downloads, or software  
• Clearance or final sale items  

Return Approval
Customers must contact ThePhotoBoothPlug before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products.

Inspection & Refund Processing
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the product and packaging may be required to process replacement or refund requests.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after processing time has passed, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to us.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
